These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leonidesplumbing.org (the "Site"), operated by Leonides Plumbing and Drain LLC ("Leonides," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply only to your use of this Site, browsing its content and submitting a service request through our contact form. They do not govern the actual plumbing or mechanical services we perform. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate service agreement, estimate, or invoice provided at the time of service, not by these Terms.
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request an estimate or service. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Any pricing information, range, or estimate referenced on this Site or provided in response to a form submission is preliminary and subject to change based on an in-person or on-site assessment. Final pricing is determined at the time of service and documented separately.
The content, branding, and design of this Site belong to Leonides Plumbing and Drain LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our contact form is provided by GoHighLevel, a third-party platform. Use of that form is also subject to GoHighLevel's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services used to operate this Site.
This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonides Plumbing and Drain LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site. This limitation does not apply to the services we actually perform, which are governed by the separate service agreement referenced above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
